I understand your point about GLP-1s and needing to optimize protein and resistance training. This should be protocol. Yet the data is blurry about actual lean muscle loss. Functional strength has rarely been implicated in GLP-1 weight loss. DEXA can't distinguish if you are losing intra-muscular fat or actual lean muscle. The risks from obesity are at least as high as the risks from osteoporosis. I think it's important to present the other side.
